The DB4Tennis.com online database contains copyrighted material and/or other proprietary information that is protected by intellectual property agreements
and copyright laws and regulations worldwide. Some of the documents provided herein are owned by persons or entities other than the DB4Tennis Ltd. and are
used here by permission of the owners. The database structure, coding, and background information are the property and the intellectual creation of
DB4Tennis Ltd. as are all documents it has itself produced. Under the Database Directive provides for a sui generis right that prohibits extraction or
reutilization of the referenced database in which there has been substantial investment in both obtaining, verification and presentation of the data contents.
The owner of this site will monitor any extensive copying of the contests of the database. Such violations of this policy (e.g. copying, transmitting,
reproducing, storing, recording, without the written permission of DB4Tennis Ltd.) met with consequences and DB4Tennis Ltd. will take appropriate legal action.
